Hyundai Mobile Charging Now Available in Medan City
PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) is increasingly expanding its Mobile Charging service network. Now, this service is present in the city of Medan, North Sumatra since March 2023. The expansion of the Mobile Charging service is carried out as part of HMID's commitment through the Hyundai program to provide you with a worry-free after sales experience for customers while driving an electric vehicle ( EV) designed by Hyundai.
The development of supporting service innovations such as Mobile Charging is part of Hyundai's efforts to continue accelerating the EV ecosystem as a lifestyle in society. Mobile Charging is a service breakthrough pioneered by Hyundai to become a solution for charging electric cars in emergency situations by utilizing the Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) fast charging method.
Through this service, customers can add up to 10 kWh of car power which can be used by customers to reach the nearest charging station. That way, customers can return to their mobility smoothly followed by maintained vehicle performance.

Customers can access this Mobile Charging service by contacting 24-hour Customer Service through the Hyundai Call Center 0800 1 878 878. After that, a team of Hyundai technicians will visit the location of the request submitted and carry out the charging process. Hyundai provides free access to Mobile Charging facilities for Hyundai electric car users within a range of up to 80 km from the location of the service provider's dealer.
The Hyundai Mobile Charging Service is a facility and service that completes all lines in the Hyundai EV ecosystem. Currently, the Mobile Charging facility can be accessed by customers in a number of big cities, such as Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya and Denpasar and is now available in the city of Medan.

Since its launch in 2022, Stargazer has been in demand by many consumers throughout Indonesia, and the city of Bandung is no exception. This futuristic-designed MPV is currently the best-selling Hyundai model, along with the Creta compact SUV.

Hyundai's dealer network has reached 126 dealers from Aceh to Papua, to ensure the availability of spare parts which are supported by the 1.2 Ha Hyundai Parts Center facility in Deltamas, Cikarang, which is capable of storing more than 30,000 items.

Then there is a "Resale Value Guarantee" in the form of a guaranteed resale price for Stargazer worth 70% of the purchase price if the customer wants to trade in any Hyundai car in the 3rd year of ownership.
Apart from that, there is also a "Payment Protection Program", in the form of guaranteed payment of financing during the tenor period for Stargazer owners in the event of an accident, and applies specifically to Hyundai Finance customers.

This guarantee applies to a maximum of 7 people with a fee of up to IDR 100 million per individual. This program is valid for up to 1 year after the car is received by the customer.
Finally, there is the “Tire Protection Program” in the form of a guaranteed reimbursement for the purchase of new tires of the same type and size for customers. This benefit is valid for 1 year after the handover of the vehicle and is given if the tires damaged by the accident are no longer usable.
